Dean founded Lioncrest Construction after a lifetime in the trades with a foundation built long before the business itself began.
He started working in construction at a young age, learning through hands on experience and developing a strong understanding of how things come together, from the structure behind the walls to the finishing details that make a space feel complete. Over the years, that early experience grew into a career defined by consistency, problem solving, and a commitment to doing quality work.
Alongside decades on the tools, Dean formalized his skills through training in Construction Engineering Technology and certifications in AutoCAD and construction management. This combination of practical expertise and technical knowledge allows him to approach each project with both precision and foresight.
His approach is simple. Understand the job, plan it properly, and execute it with care. Whether it is custom tile work or a full home renovation, the focus is always on delivering work that is built to last.

Dean specializes in tile work, including showers, floors, backsplashes, and wall features. His flooring services include vinyl plank both click and glue down, as well as hardwood and engineered hardwood. He also takes on wall and ceiling finishes such as interior painting and texturing.
Additional services include hardwood refinishing to bring new life to worn or damaged floors, along with general handyman repairs. Dean also offers exterior spruce ups to help improve curb appeal.
